Veggie Burritos

Instructions: #1 cook tortillas according to package instructions and place on two plates #2 divide all ingredients between the two tortillas and drizzle each with stoneground Dijon mustard #3 fold ends before rolling into a burrito

 

Ingredients for Veggie Burritos:

  • 2 grain free burrito size tortillas (brand siete)

  • 2 carrots chopped

  • 2 leaves butter lettuce chopped

  • 2 small leaves kale chopped

  • 6 cherry tomatoes diced

  • quarter head of broccoli chopped

  • 1/2 bell pepper diced

  • 2-3 rainbow radish sliced

  • 1/2 avocado diced

  • 1/2 onion diced

  • drizzle stone ground mustard
