FAQs
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout using a spring-based machine called a reformer, designed to build strength, flexibility, and alignment. It adds resistance and support to help you tone, lengthen, and stabilize your muscles with low-impact movements, making it great for all fitness levels.
What is Hot Pilates?
Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout done on a yoga mat in a heated room, not on a reformer. It combines Pilates principles with dynamic movements to strengthen, tone, and increase flexibility while you sweat, helping to boost circulation and detoxify the body.
What do you recommend for beginners?
For beginners, we recommend starting with our low-intensity Reformer Pilates classes or Mat Pilates to learn proper form, build core strength, and improve flexibility at a comfortable pace. These classes are designed to support your body while introducing you to the foundations of Pilates.
