Salte Caramel Coconut Sauce

Instructions: combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan stirring consistently, as the mixture comes to a boil reduce heat should be around 35-45 minutes #2 store up to one week in the fridge #3 great for topping ice cream and or fresh fruit

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut sugar

  • 2 cups full fat canned unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (redmond)
