Refresher Smoothie

To make smoothies even more nutritious for “ice” use frozen aloe chunks, you can buy fresh and freeze yourself or buy already frozen!

Hemp seeds and water mixed makes hemp milk! That’s why its in almost all the smoothies, but it can also be traded out with any of your favorite milks. My favorite milk alternative brand is Malk but mixing the hemp and water is more affordable and just as tasty.

 

In these smoothies you can switch out the ingredient “cacao” for chocolate or chocolate coconut protein powder.

The ingredient “adaptogens” can be any adaptogen, my favorites are maca, ashwaganda, and lions mane.

Ingredients for Refresher Smoothie:

  • 2tsp fresh ginger

  • handful kale

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 frozen banana

  • raw coconut water and ice

Blend and enjoy!
