Nutty Rawnola
Instructions: #1 put all nuts and seeds in food processor or blender and pulse until roughly chopped #2 in a bowl mix together all ingredients and lay out on a stainless steel baking sheet #3 bake 10-15 minutes and store up to 3 months in mason jars or other containers #4 can add any dried fruit and chopped dates when finished baking
Ingredients:
1 cup almond
1 cup cashews
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt (Redmond or Himalayan salt)
1 cup maple syrup
