Country Energy Bites
Instructions #1 mix all ingredients except cacao, roll into balls and place in the freezer #2 separately melt cacao bars in sauce pan over low heat until fully melted, continually stirring to prevent burning #3 remove bites from freezer and drizzle a dollop of melted cacao over each ball #4 place balls on a plate in the fridge to cool and set for 1 hour, then transfer to an air tight container and store for up to 2 weeks
Ingredients:
1/2 cups raw peanut butter
3/4 cup sachi-inchi powder (I use the brand imlak’esh organic powder)
1/3 cup grade B maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
2 100% pure cacao bars (usually in the baking section)
