Cookie Dough Nicecream

Instructions: #1 to make the cookie dough mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and store in an airtight container in the freezer #2 to make the ice cream base place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until you have a thick creamy ice cream texture #3 take half the cookie dough mixture and roughly chop it (freeze the rest for up to three months) #4 put the ice cream in a large bowl and add in the cookie dough chunks #5 cover and place back in the freezer for an extra hour or two for added thickness

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup raw peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (extract or bean stalk)

  • 3/4 cup kamut flour

  • 1/4 cup raw cacao bars cut into chunks

  • 1-2 tablespoons oat milk (best is the Malk brand or any other brand that uses just water and oats as the ingredients) for the ice cream base:

  • 6 frozen bananas sliced

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
