Classic Tacos

Instructions: #1 cook the meat in a large skillet or on a grill covered in the olive oil, salt and pepper until thoroughly cooked then shred or slice the meat and set aside #2 cook the tortillas according to package and divide between four plates # add the meat, cheese, cilantro, and green onion to the tortillas. Squeeze fresh lime juice to top and enjoy!

 

Ingredients for Classic Tacos:

  • 1 pound your choice of meat (fish, beef, chicken, steak, etc)

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp Redmond salt

  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 8 small grain free chia seed tortillas (brand is siete) or any kind of tortilla

  • 1 lime

  • 8 cilantro sprigs

  • about 1-2 cups shredded raw cheese

  • 4-5 chopped green onions
