Chocolate Sauce

Instructions: #1 in a small sauce pan heat the milk, sugar, and cacao until smooth #2 reduce heat to a low simmer stirring for 10 minutes then add the remaining ingredients #3 let cool for 20 minutes before storing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks #4 great for fondue or ice cream toppings

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14oz) canned full-fat unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup packed coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • seeds from 1 vanilla bean

  • pinch of redmond salt
